At Fabrics, we want you to love your home textiles, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and uncut materials. If your selection isn't the perfect fit for your space, we are here to help with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the fabric is neatly folded and placed in its original packaging along with the packing slip to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned textiles, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
